First Visit

Your initial appointment will consist of any necessary X-rays, diagnosis and a consultation regarding your treatment options. 
If you are in extreme pain, we will do our best to see you, on most occasions, the same day that you call. We will make every effort to relieve your pain through emergency treatment, and then schedule you for the necessary follow-ups.

Important items to bring for your initial appointment:

1. Dental Insurance Card

If you have dental insurance, bring your current insurance card. If you don’t have one, we will need the name of the insurance company, subscriber number, subscriber date of birth, group number, and phone number for both the insurance company and subscriber. This will help us process your insurance claims.

2. X-Rays

If you have recent x-rays at another office please have them forwarded to our office.  They may be helpful in our diagnosis. We are not able to request your x-rays for you.  Digital x-rays can be emailed to arlingtondentalgroup-work@yahoo.com  or traditional films can be brought to your first appointment. If additional films are necessary, they can be taken at our facility.
