Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept cash, money orders, personal checks and all major credit cards. We have a discount program available for our patients who are not insured, please check it out under the discount plan tab.  We have also teamed up with Care Credit to help those patients who desire a payment plan (up to 12 months, interest free). To apply for CareCredit, please click here. Co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. If you are unable to render payment at the time of service we will try to help you seek payment options through CareCredit, or reschedule your appointment for a better time.
